This week marks finals week. You can tell by the stress written all over the teacher's and student's faces alike. I feel as though my hair is standing on end, that could be the humidity though. However, under the pile of what seems to be thousands of papers that are sitting on my desk, is my plane ticket home. In just seven short days Katie and I will be home in New York enjoying the warm embraces of our family and friends. It seems like we are on the longest roller coaster ride of our lives, as we say goodbye to all the people we love here and prepare to reunite with our loved ones back home. The mixture of emotions is quite draining, but sleep is not to be found. There are far too many exams to be graded, things to be packed, and people to be visited.
Katie and I would appreciate your prayers as our first year in Benque comes to a close, and as we start fundraising for next year. We are praying for all of you. God bless and have a great day!
